The Great South Run will be taking place on Sunday 28th October 2012 and the race is a great way to achieve your personal best as well as raising money for a charity close to your heart.

There are 10 places available if you would like to take part and really make a difference to the lives of the many animals that enter the shelter every day.

Whether you are an experienced runner or a complete novice, we would love to hear from you.  You may wish to run for personal achievement, in memory of someone or because you have giving one of our animals a 'forever home' and would like to say thank you.

All we ask is that you pledge to raise a minimum of £150 in sponsorship - this amount has not changed in 6 years and to pay a deposit of £30 to secure your place.  Your £30 will be counted towards your final total.  DEADLINE FOR REGISTRATIONS MIDNIGHT 1ST SEPTEMBER 2012
