RSPCA Solent Branch runs The Stubbington Ark Animal Shelter in Fareham
and RSPCA Veterinary Clinic in Shirley, Southampton.  
It is an independently registered charity which receives no government funding or lottery grants. 

The Stubbington Ark is the focus for local RSPCA animal welfare services in the Portsmouth and
Southampton area.  It provides shelter for all manner of animals, domestic and wildlife, and
there are usually more than 600 animals on site at any one time.  We have to raise over £2,000 per day
to keep the shelter running and consequently at times funds can be extremely limited.

RSPCA Solent Branch also run a veterinary clinic, providing subsidised treatments
for pets whose owners are on reduced incomes.

Volunteers Wanted
We will be opening a new charity shop in Fareham and need the volunteers to help iron clothes, window dress, serve customers and sort stock.  If you think you can help please contact Helen Wheeler, 01329 285949 for an application form.
