INSPECTOR’S CRUELTY CASES
The Royal Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals
(RSPCA) works to make life better for all animals.
It believes they should have:
-
Freedom from hunger and thirst
-
Freedom from discomfort
-
Freedom from pain, injury and disease
-
Freedom to express normal behaviour
-
Freedom from fear and distress
Every year, the RSPCA’s 323 Inspectors investigate over 100,000
complaints of cruelty and neglect. Although many animals can
be helped simply by giving advice, inspectors do issue verbal
warnings and, when animal welfare laws have been broken, they
prepare cases to go before the courts.
This is when the Stubbington Ark steps in to help.
