Corporate
Fundraising

Companies and employees play a vital
role in support of RSPCA Solent Branch. There are a number of
different ways you and your colleagues can get involved with the
charity.
- Maybe you would like to arrange a
fundraising event, hold dress down days or auction off the boss's
parking space for a week.
- You could enter a team in one of our
events.
- You may be asked to nominate a
'Charity of the Year' for all your fundraising activities - in
which case, please nominate us.
- Ask your colleagues for regular
donations of bedding, used postage stamps, printer cartridges and
jewelry.
- Organise a 'Fill a Bag Day' in your
workplace. Ask your colleagues to fill a bag with unwanted
clothes, bric a brac, CD's, DVD's, books etc. Our charity shop will then collect the
bags from you and use the items to replenish their stocks.
- Organise a work party to spend a day
at the shelter helping with the different jobs around the site.
This can include, painting, cleaning, gardening and mucking
out.
- Does you Company operate a Payroll
Giving Scheme? If they do, could you persuade your colleagues
to donate to us? Alternatively, our Head of Fundraising can
give a presentation to your colleagues on the benefits of helping
the animals in our care.
- Do you think a Payroll Giving Scheme
would be popular with your colleagues? If the answer is yes
and you are not sure where to start, call the Fundraising
Department on 01329 666916 for help.
Whichever way best suits how your
company works and the team members within it, we would love the
opportunity to work with you to help raise the profile of both the
charity and your company and to help raise vital funds for the
charity at the same time. |
