The RSPCA Veterinary Clinic in Southampton plays a very
important role in animal welfare. It provides affordable veterinary
treatment for pets whose owners are on a state benefit (this
includes government pensions, pension credit, income support, job
seekers allowance, incapacity benefit, social security, invalid
care).
Consultation is by appointment only. To book an
appointment, either pop in during the above times or telephone
between 9.00am and 4.00pm Monday to Friday.
When attending the clinic, please bring proof that you are in
receipt of a state benefit.
A fee of £15.00 per animal per initial consultation, £10.00 per
second consultation and £7.50 for follow up consultations, is
applicable, with the exception of routine vaccinations, where this
charge is included in the price. If drugs or prescription foods are
necessary, these will be sold at cost price.
